SoundBooth, Audacity, and Premiere Pro CS4

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Basically had this project to do for school… I was taking a Multimedia in Education course and we were  essentially using Audacity to record and edit sounds.
The course was geared towards education purposes, but I had to kick it up a notch!

Here’s the original post from the discussion board from my course

Here are some floor diagrams that I created to evaluate the current space usage and the potential re-arrangement of things.

4-year Laptop Initiative

Monday, April 6th, 2009

For a class, I was asked to evaluate some kind of change or initiative that could take place at my school/university… Interestingly enough, I integrated the assignment into my workplace.  The result was a proposal paper and presentation about a laptop initiative. (more…)

2007 – Statistics Reference Guide – BU-SED

Monday, May 14th, 2007

I created this interactive site when I was working as a TA at Boston University’s School of Education during the Summer of 2007.  It was meant to provide an orientation for aspiring teachers who had no statistics experience… Since I was never paid for my efforts, I stopped development.

2007 – Nutrition Facts

Thursday, May 10th, 2007

I created this site in the Spring of 2007 for a class that I took in the Educational Media and Technology Program at BU (EM610).

It was meant to be an interactive label that described the science behind nutrition facts.

2007 – Food Groups

Wednesday, May 9th, 2007

This site was a companion site to the EM610 site that I created for another class (EM570) – Multimedia, during the Spring 2007.  This site was to educate users on the various food groups giving basic science behind food choices and examples of foods.  I wanted this site to fit-in seamlessly with the EM610 site, so the styles were different, but similar. The links from each of the systems corresponded to each other which did not break the user experience when trying to learn more scientific/technical details about the nutrition information.
