University Technology Help Center

Since my start at Lesley University, the University Technology Helpdesk has undergone various changes in the overall look and feel of the knowledgebase, and the systems that they were built-upon.

Here is a rough Version History of our Knowledge-Base CMS and my implementations/modifications geared towards redesigning the interface and user experience.

Academic Computing Portal

I had held the position of Computer Lab Technician at the Art Institute of Boston from 2007-2009.  During which time, I had assembled a few locally hosted CMS installations for KB and for updates.  I must say, it wasn’t the most essential aspect of my job (which you can read more of below), but it was definitely some of the more fun aspects. Top Secret Projects

Here’s a poster I made in an attempt to snoop-up artists that would work for me.
I discovered pretty quickly that if I wanted things done and needed art-power, the easiest thing to do was to bribe students with grant money or graduation credits.
